Shipping & Policies
Each items is created and packaged within 48 hours of order, not including holidays and weekends, customer orders may take a little longer.
Shipping charges cover postage and handling and are sent via U.S. Post First Class Service. Upgrades on shipping are available at time of checkout.
- Priority Mail - 3-5 Business days (is not guaranteed)
- Express Mail - 2 Business Days
Keep in mind that shipping days are not including in the processing time it takes to make your order (we create each order to order and do not stock items)
We are not responsible for U.S. Post delays or packages that have been delivered.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
- Holiday items
While we are certain you will be thrilled with your purchase, refunds are provided if the item is returned unused, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging within two weeks of receipt. No refunds on CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED, SALE or HOLIDAY orders. Shipping and handling charges (to and from) are non-refundable. Returns must be approved PRIOR to shipping back to Natures Wilde. We do not except exchanges. However, if you would like a different size or style, you will need to contact us to return the item (see above details), and place a new order.
